Painter X3 has arrived!

|

Technically of course, it's Painter 13, but superstitions carry a lot of weight. Trust me, there is nothing in Painter X3 to be superstitious about! I was privileged to be on the Beta team for this version and in all sincerity, I think this latest version is the most stable, bug-free and practical version of Painter to come down the pike in many years. I can hardly wait until you have tried Painter X3. I know you're going to love it as much as I do.

Some of the new features which have been added are:
  • The ability to search for brushes in the currently loaded library
  • A Cross-hair cursor for more accuracy in cloning
  • Linear perspective guides with a snap to function
  • A Reference Image panel...
...and much more...

For more detailed information and to purchase or upgrade to this new version, go to the Corel site via this link:

To see some informational videos which Skip Allen has kindly made, go to his blog via this link:

...and last, but certainly not least, if you are already a Corel Painter user, be sure to sign up for Skip's new class at the Digital Art Academy which will be starting this Saturday, July 27.

For new users of Corel Painter, I'm afraid I'm not as quick as Skip, but I will have beginner classes available very soon at DAA, so stay tuned. I know you're all going to love this new version of Corel Painter.
